Review The Tea Bud Hotel (HPTDC) Palampur (HP)

The Tea Bud Hotel is deluxe hotel run by Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) at Palampur. HPTDC run numbers of deluxe and budget hotels in Himachal Pradesh for providing comfortable and affordable stay to tourists visiting Himachal Pradesh. The Tea Bud is situated at a very calm and peaceful location in the heart of Palampur city and it is ideal hotel for stay in Palampur.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and three days. Rooms are available in this hotel in the range of Rs 1200 to Rs 2500 with 10% extra luxury tax. I stayed in double bed cozy deluxe room and it was above average and clean room. Room service was excellent and on time. Behavior of hotel staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. This hotel has its own restaurant and food served was very delicious.

This hotel provide facilities like attached bathroom, room service, 24 hour running hot and cold water, parking space, conference room, satellite television and ayurvedic treatment centre etc. My rating for this hotel is 7 out of 10 and I recommend this hotel for stay in Palampur because of good service, clean rooms, affordable rates, delicious food and ideal location.

Journey to Hill Station Paneu (Paneo) and Naag Temple (Lesser Known Gem of Hills)

I always love to visit hilltops because they provide the ultimate beauty and adventure. My journeys to Hatu Peak Narkanda , Prashar Lake in Mandi , and to the ancient wooden temple of Skhati Devi in Chhatrari are some of its examples. This time, I got a chance to visit an ancient Naag Temple situated at Paneu (Paneo) hill station where a British rest house is situated. This hill station and Naag temple are situated 7 KM away from Kungash in Anni Tehsil of Kullu. The ancient Naag Temple is situated at walking distance from the main top and gets a chance to walk through the tall (some are around 50 feet of height) deodar (Pine) Trees.
