Kasauli is a small hill station situated in Himachal Pradesh. Kasauli is a cantonment and it come under Solan district. Kasauli is situated just 65 KMs away from Chandigarh; therefore, it becomes quite easy to reach Kasauli as compared to other hill stations. Many parts of Kasauli comes under restricted area and one can’t take pictures like Hanuman Temple etc. The main attraction of Kasuali is its fine weather during summer season. Situated at hill top Kasauli is one of ideal place for peaceful holidays. Below watch some of Kasuali pictures from my recent visit.

17th century Maa Tarna (Shyamakali) Temple, Mandi (Himachal)

I have visited many ancient and beautiful temples of the Himachal  and found them all unique in their beauty and construction. With changing landscape, we can see changes in the designs of temples. From the ancient wood temple of Shakti Devi in Chamba to Masroor Rock temple in Kangra , all temples in Himachal offer something unique and special. Today, I will talk about the Tarna Mata temple situated in the Mandi city of Himachal Pradesh that is also known as Choti Kashi because of 80 plus temples.
