Why I Love to spend vacations in Tamilnadu?

I have been to Tamil Nadu many times and I have spent three vacations in Tamil Nadu so far; and every time, I have a great experience here which compels me to visit it again and again. The main attractions of Tamil Nadu include helping people, delicious food, many locations to visit, good transportation facilities etc. Therefore, people can easily choose Tamil Nadu for spending good vacations of their lifetime. Tamil Nadu is situated at the southern end of India and southern tip of India is situated in kanyakumari which is also in Tamil Nadu.

People can find many attractive places in Tamil Nadu from sea beaches to hills. People can visit Tamil Nadu at any time in year expect few months of heavy rain and extreme hotness. Local language in Tamil Nadu is Tamil and mostly, people speak Tamil only with large numbers of people who can understand and speak English. Due to the flow of Tourists from other parts of India and world, many cab drivers and hotels workers do speak Hindi/English which provides a great help to people who can’t speak English or Tamil.

Every person in India or world must visit Tamil Nadu because Tamil Nadu is one of the greatest attractions of India and there are many attractive and beautiful places to visit in Tamil Nadu like Ooty, Coonoor, Kanyakumari, Rameswaram, Madurai etc. In future, I will share some of many great experiences associated with my enjoyable vacations in Tamil Nadu through articles and photographs.

17th century Maa Tarna (Shyamakali) Temple, Mandi (Himachal)

I have visited many ancient and beautiful temples of the Himachal and found them all unique in their beauty and construction. With changing landscape, we can see changes in the designs of temples. From the ancient wood temple of Shakti Devi in Chamba to Masroor Rock temple in Kangra , all temples in Himachal offer something unique and special. Today, I will talk about the Tarna Mata temple situated in the Mandi city of Himachal Pradesh that is also known as Choti Kashi because of 80 plus temples. Journey to Hill Station Paneu (Paneo) and Naag Temple (Lesser Known Gem of Hills)

I always love to visit hilltops because they provide the ultimate beauty and adventure. My journeys to Hatu Peak Narkanda , Prashar Lake in Mandi , and to the ancient wooden temple of Skhati Devi in Chhatrari are some of its examples. This time, I got a chance to visit an ancient Naag Temple situated at Paneu (Paneo) hill station where a British rest house is situated. This hill station and Naag temple are situated 7 KM away from Kungash in Anni Tehsil of Kullu. The ancient Naag Temple is situated at walking distance from the main top and gets a chance to walk through the tall (some are around 50 feet of height) deodar (Pine) Trees. The last six-kilometer road to the Paneo is not metaled and it is very narrow at some points accompanied by a steep climb. To Shimla by Nalagarh-Ramshehar-Kunihar (Pics of Beautiful Scenery on the Way and my Experience)

I always love to travel by the roads less travelled because by doing so I get a chance to see things which are still hidden from the most of people. On my single day journey to Shimla from Ropar (Punjab) for some work, I decided to travel on the State Highway 16 by following the route Nalagarh-Ramshehar-Kunihar instead of going through the National Highway (NH) 5. Not only this route was shorter by 40 KMs, but I was also expecting some adventure on the way. This journey become a quite exciting and thrilling because I was travelling on this route in the month of July on a rainy day. Though, I was aware that this is a single road and I may face landslides if rain continued. Still, I was ready for the adventure and I started my journey early in the morning on Tata Indigo eCS.
